  • Introducing "Tech Support" on Pioneer Portal   Jul 19, 2021, 3:24 PM CDT

    Beginning Tuesday morning, July 20, the new ITS ticketing system, Alemba Service Manager, will be live, including the customer self-service portal for submitting incident reports, phishing attempts, and requests for service. Students, employees, guest account holders, and emeriti will access Alemba self-service through a new “Tech Support” application button on the Pioneer Portal.

  • ITS Update: Please call Help Desk before visiting this summer   May 26, 2021, 11:39 AM CDT

    The ITS Help Desk on the first floor of Karrmann Library on the main campus will remain open and accessible to customers throughout the summer months despite renovation. However, for safety reasons and due to reduced on-site staff, please call the Help Desk prior to visiting to ensure staff are in the office and can meet you at the patio door.
