PASS CX - Edit Enrollment (Credits and Related Sections)
Instructions on how to change the credits for a class and also how to change a related section.
Edit enrollment can be used in two main ways: to update the credits of a class with variable units, or to change a related section, like a lab or a discussion.*
*Must be completed during the self-service add window. Related section edits do not apply to auto-enrollment sections.
Edit a Related Section (See below Update Credits of a Class Section)
Update Credits of a Class
1. Log into PASS CX.
2. On the PASS CX Dashboard select Enrollment to expand that menu.
3. Under Enrollment, select Edit Enrollment.
4. The classes that you will be allowed to edit appear on the page. Click Edit.

5. Select the appropriate credits and click Continue.

6. Confirm your selection and click Continue.

7. View results. Click Ok.

Edit a Related Section
1. Log into PASS CX.
2. On the PASS CX Dashboard select Enrollment to expand that menu.
3. Under Enrollment, select Edit Enrollment.
4. The classes that you will be allowed to edit appear on the page. Click Edit.

5. Choose the related section that you want to change to, click Continue.

6. Confirm Changes, then click Continue.

7. Watch for success message, then click OK.
