Printing - "Set Key Card" error when trying to copy or scan on a Ricoh multifunction device
A Ricoh multifunction device (a.k.a. network copier) with the PaperCut applet will display a "set Key Card" error if you attempt to copy or scan before selecting "Use Device Functions". To avoid this error, tap on the "Use Device Functions" button on the PaperCut applet screen before navigating to the Copier or Scanner screens.
If you have received the "To use the following function(s), set Key Card." error on a Ricoh multifunction device that is running the PaperCut applet, complete the following steps to continue using the device.
