PASS - View Holds (9.2)

Instructions on how to remove various holds on your PASS account.

1. Login into PASS.

As of May 2020 students were logged into PASS CX Campus Experience Dashboard.  To see a KB document for this topic in PASS CX, please go to PASS CX - View Holds

This KB will be inactivated at the end of February 2021 in preparation for the retirement of classic pages. 

To reach your student homepage, click Full Site at the bottom of the PASS CX Left Navigation menu.

2. On the PASS Student Homepage, click on the Task tile.  The front of the tile will indicate the number of holds (and also To Do's).

3. In the left menu, select Holds.

4. On the right, the hold will appear.

5. Click on the hold to see additional details.
