ITS Maintenance Outages: PASS, BI affected February 15; Extended - PASS unavailable February 16

PASS and BI will be down for regular updates during the weekly maintenance window from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15. In addition, PASS will be unavailable Saturday morning, Feb. 16.

REMEMBER: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages during the regular weekly maintenance window from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.  Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.

If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again.  If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

Extended outage -- PASS and PASS Express

PASS will be unavailable from 7:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Feb. 16 as winter/spring branch student accounts are migrated.  During this time PASS Express will also be unavailable. Integrations with PASS that do not require login will run as usual.
