ITS Maintenance Outages: Authentication, PASS, BI affected March 8

The following systems will be affected during the regular weekly maintenance window from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 8.
- Shibboleth/authentication -- implementing two-factor authentication for all single sign-on systems
- If you try to log into a system during the maintenance hour, and you cannot get in, wait a few minutes and try again.
- After 6:00 p.m., access to any single sign-on system will require two-factor authentication. If you are not enrolled with Duo, follow the instructions in Security - Enrolling in Duo and Managing your Devices
- PASS - regular updates
- Business Intelligence - regular updates
NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list. If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, please wait a couple of minutes and try again.
