ITS Update: ITS Help Desk service changes due to planned Karrmann power outages

Facilities will be shutting the power off in Karrmann Library intermittently over the next week to accommodate work elsewhere on campus. These outages will affect ITS Help Desk services as well as the availability of resources housed within the building.
During the planned outages, the ITS Help Desk will not be open for in-person service. Phone and email service will be available during regular summer hours. As has been our process during the pandemic, please contact the Help Desk at 608.342.1400 or helpdesk@uwplatt.edu prior to visiting in person. See details below.

In addition, the following resource rooms in Karrmann will be taken offline prior to the first outage on Friday. Service will be restored when the power is restored for good:
