ITS Update: Network outage planned for Ullsvik Hall 1st floor on July 23

As part of an ongoing equipment replacement project, ITS has scheduled a network outage for the west side of the first floor of Ullsvik Hall on Thursday, Jul. 23 beginning at 8:30 a.m. This outage will affect the School of Business, Criminal Justice, and Admissions. Given the number of switch replacements required, ITS anticipates the outage will last all day.
All network switches, wireless access points, and VoIP telephones on the west side of the first floor will be offline during this time. Phone service through Jabber on your device off campus will not be affected.
By completing this longer replacement project when most employees are still working from home, we hope to decrease disruption. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
