UPDATE 08.21.20 - ITS Maintenance Outages: PASS, network storage, printing affected August 21; also virtual desktops

Several systems will be affected by maintenance during the weekly outage window from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21:
- PASS - regular updates
- Network printing - brief intermittent outages
- Network storage - brief intermittent outages affecting
- S: - Shared1
- J: - User1
- K: - Acad1
- V: - Trees1
- M: - Media1
- NOTE: To protect data integrity, do not edit files on the network storage during this outage.
- ADDED 08.21.20 - Virtual desktops will be down the entire hour for various server updates; please plan accordingly.
NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.
If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
Looking ahead: August 28
Per ITS policy, there will be no planned maintenance on August 28, the Friday before classes.
We will, however, be redirecting the remaining pages of the campus.uwplatt.edu website and disabling viewing of that site as part of the decommissioning process. Beginning August 28, you will find internal campus information by searching through the Pioneer Portal at https://portal.uwplatt.edu/ or by going directly to Campus Hub in SharePoint at https://uwplatt.sharepoint.com/ (login required).
