ITS Help Desk closed Nov. 27, suggests appointments through winterim

The ITS Help Desk in Karrmann Library will be closed on Friday, Nov. 27 due to mandatory furloughs. The Help Desk will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25 and reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 30. Voicemail and email requests received over the weekend will be addressed as soon as possible on Monday.
Beginning November 30 through winterim, ITS recommends calling ahead if you need to visit the Help Desk in person. To adhere to safety protocols in the Help Desk area, many staff are working remotely and very few staff are on site at one time. Calling ahead and making an appointment will ensure that someone is there to assist you when you arrive.
Students who need to return equipment checked out from the Help Desk (laptop, hot spot, etc.) may return the items along with your textbooks to Velzy Commons in Ullsvik Hall during finals week:
- Monday, Dec. 14 through Thursday, Dec. 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.
- Friday, Dec. 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
If these times are not convenient, you may call 608.342.1400 prior to the end of term to arrange a drop-off during business hours.
