ITS Maintenance Outages: Storage on the Go, SSO affected January 8; extended outages for PASS, network printing/Papercut (UPDATED 01.08.21)

UPDATED 01.08.21: Storage on the Go and all single sign-on (SSO) systems will be affected briefly during the weekly maintenance window from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 8 due to updates. In addition network printing/PaperCut and PASS will be down for extended outages:
If you are unable to log into Storage on the Go or systems using SSO authentication (Canvas and MyUW, for instance) during the 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. maintenance hour, please wait 10 minutes and try again. Network printing/PaperCut down 5:00 - 6:30PM
Network printing and Papercut will be down from 5:00 - 6:30PM on Friday, Jan. 8 for a PaperCut upgrade.
PASS down 5:00 - 8:00PM
PASS will be down from 5:00 - 8:00PM on Friday, Jan. 8 as staff implement PeopleSoft Image 19. During this outage, PASS will not be available.
NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.
If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
