ITS Maintenance Outages: PASS, BI, storage affected August 20 (Updated 10:21AM Aug. 20)

PASS and Business Intelligence will be down for regular updates during the weekly maintenance window from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 20. UPDATE: Storage volumes (SHARED1, USER1, etc) will also be affected with a brief outage during the maintenance hour. If you are not able to access your storage, please wait a few minutes and try again.
NOTE : Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.
If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
