SFS Unavailable for Upgrade October 8-10

Per UW System, SFS will be down for a PUM upgrade beginning at 5:00 p.m. this Friday, Oct. 8. During the weekend, all functionality that depends on SFS will be unavailable. SFS will be back up and available first thing in the morning on Monday, Oct. 11. Details included below.
WISER will remain available during the weekend with data refreshed from Thursday, Oct. 7. However, drill-down functionality that depends on SFS availability will be unavailable.
Friday, Oct 8 timeline:
Noon: JET and Cost Transfer Tools will be unavailable.
4:00 p.m.: Complete all Processing and Journal Entries in SFS.
5:00 p.m.: SFS will be locked to all users and the system will be down.
ShopUW+ is available during SFS outages though Requisition, Purchase Order and Invoice workflow will pause at any SFS integrations. New Requisitions will need to wait for the outage to complete before they can be approved and/or sent to the supplier.

The Workflow Stop will go to the next step in workflow when the outage is complete.
