ITS Update: ITS Help Desk has moved (temporarily)

The ITS Help Desk has moved temporarily to the second floor of Karrmann Library, near the library reference desk. The ITS facility on first floor of Karrmann Library is closed for ongoing HVAC work in the building. This arrangement is expected to extend through February 2022.
During this time, the Help Desk staff will provide walk-in tech support during regular Help Desk hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may access this temporary location through the main entrance on the north side of Karrmann.
Please call ahead if you plan to visit, so we can ensure staff will be available to assist you. You may also log an IT call through "Tech Support" on the Pioneer Portal or contact the Help Desk via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (608.342.1400).
