1:25PM Reported issues include login errors as well as trouble viewing and printing documents from within Desire2Learn. Please continue to report issues so Support can document them. Work toward a solution continues.
Desire2Learn Not Authorized Error and other functional issues have been reported and are being looked into.
Numerous customers have reported problems logging into Desire2Learn. The issue appears to be related to the recent upgrade to version 10.1. The campus Desire2Learn support team and UW-System are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
