Known Issue: Android 4.3 Email ActiveSync Issues

When trying to send e-mail through Zimbra using ActiveSync or Exchange, the message "Retrieving Account Information" appears and you are unable to send.
We have received reports from customers that their Android smart phones are not able to send email out when configured with ActiveSync. When trying to send an email message a dialog message appears and the email message is not sent. The message that appears reads "Retrieving Account Information."
