ITS Maintenance Outages: Various down Aug 14; Extended - PASS/PASS Express, storage APP1 down Aug 14-16; Upcoming extended - storage USER1 down Aug 21-23

The following systems will be down during the regular ITS maintenance window from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Friday, Aug 14:
- Business Intelligence - regular updates
- Network connections - ResHalls only - patching and reboot (5 mins/building)
- WebCMS and website may experience brief intermittent outages.
Extended outage - PASS/PASS Express - from 5:00 p.m. Friday, Aug 14 through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Aug 16
PASS and PASS Express will be down from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14 through the weekend until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 16 to accommodate the upgrade to PeopleTools 8.54. This upgrade will improve performance, security, and functionality and will pave the way for future integrations. During the outage, PASS and PASS EXPRESS will not be available.Extended outages - network storage volume APP1 (H:) - 5:00 p.m. Friday, Aug 14 through Sunday, Aug 16
ITS continues its migration of network storage volumes to new servers with APP1 (H:). APP1 (H:)will be down beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14 and extending through Sunday, Aug 16. Files on this drive will not be available for the duration of the migration. Files should be accessible again at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning, August 17.- Beginning August 17, Mac users will need to map the new drives; see instructions at [Link for document 30263 is unavailable at this time]
Upcoming extended outages - network storage volume - USER1 (the "J-drive") - August 21-23
ITS will continue its migration of network storage volumes to new servers with USER1 (J:). USER1 (a.k.a. your "J-drive") will be down beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21 and extending through Sunday, Aug 23. Files on this drive will not be available for the duration of the migration. Files should be accessible again at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning, August 24.- Beginning August 24, Mac users will need to map the new drives; see instructions at [Link for document 30263 is unavailable at this time]
