Posted: 09:07:07, Wednesday, Mar 9, 2016 Expiration: 09:07:07, Wednesday, Mar 16, 2016
The ITS Help Desk has received reports of a phishing message warning you of an email error that could lead to suspension of your account. You are then instructed to click a link that takes you to a fake Office 365 login page.
Pioneers should remember that ITS will NEVER ask for your password in an email - or through a link from an email. Never, ever. SERIOUSLY.
- If you receive such an email, please DELETE immediately.
- If you clicked on the link and logged in, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY.
How can I tell this message is not legitimate?
