ITS Update: Office 365 experiencing delays - UPDATE JULY 1

Microsoft has reported an issue affecting incoming mail from external sources. Messages sent to Office 365 from external sources may be delayed for several hours. These external sources include campus systems such as dash-l accounts, PASS, and ImageNow. Outgoing mail does not seem to be impacted; you should be able to send anywhere without delay.
As of 2:00 p.m. Microsoft had implemented a solution, but processing of backlogged message queues will take time. Microsoft will monitor to ensure the backlog processes in a timely fashion.
UPDATE: Microsoft reported an all-clear at approximately 10:00 p.m. last night, June 30. Mail delivery should have returned to normal.
