ITS Update: Is BankMobile email regarding my refund legitimate?

The ITS Help Desk has received numerous inquiries about an email from BankMobile asking students to select a delivery message for their refund.

This message is legitimate and requires action on the part of the student.

Students should have received a green envelope containing a personal code prior to receiving the email.  Follow the instructions and use the code to select your desired method of delivery.  You will continue to receive these emails until you make a selection.
