ITS Maintenance Outages: PASS, single sign-on down February 10; Extended - BI/Data Warehouse - February 10-11

The following systems will be down during the scheduled IT maintenance window from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10:

PASS - regular updates
Single sign-on applications - updates with intermittent outages; if you cannot log in, please wait a few minutes and try again

NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time, it is not possible to include them all in this list.

If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

Extended - Business Intelligence from 5:00 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10 to 6:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11

Business Intelligence will be down beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10 while staff apply upgrades to the Data Warehouse. The Data Warehouse houses the data that BI uses to produce reports. We anticipate the upgrade will be completed by 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11. Every effort will be made to restore service as soon as possible.
