ITS Maintenance Outages: PASS, BI, Web impacted Feb 24; Reminder - HRS down Feb 22-27

The following systems will be down during the scheduled IT maintenance window from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24:

PASS - regular updates
Business Intelligence - regular updates
Website/CMS - monthly backs-up; may be slow

NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.

If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

REMINDER: HRS down February 22-27

UW System's HRS outage began today, February 22 at noon and continues until Monday, Feb. 27. The outage will affect other campus systems such as PASS, Business Intelligence, the phone directory, and more. Since HRS data will be refreshed the night of February 27, the most up-to-date data will be available starting the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 28.
