ITS Maintenance Outages: BI down Mar. 3; Extended - PASS/PASS Express down all day Saturday, Mar. 4

The following system will be down during the scheduled IT maintenance window from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 3:

Business Intelligence - regular updates

NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.

If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

Extended - PASS/PASS Express - Saturday, Mar. 4 - Confirmed

PASS will be down from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 4 for system updates that will improve performance, security, and functionality.

During the outage, PASS and PASS EXPRESS will not be available. Every effort will be made to restore service as soon as possible.

Looking ahead - Spring Break

ITS staff will be updating wireless access points in classrooms over spring break. As an access point is switched, connectivity in the respective classroom will experience a brief outage.
