IT Maintenance Outages: PASS, BI, Perceptive Content, Software Center down April 21st

The following systems will be down during the scheduled IT maintenance windows from 5:00-6:00 pm on Friday, April 21st:
- PASS - regular updates
- Business Intelligence - regular updates
- Perceptive Content (ImageNow) - regular updates
- Software Center - brief outages between 5:00 and 9:00 p.m.
NOTE: due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside of ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them in this list.
If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
