ITS Maintenance Outages: PASS, BI down September 8; weekly email to end September 30

The following systems will be down during the scheduled IT maintenance window from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 8:
- PASS - regular updates
- Business Intelligence - regular updates
If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

In response to customer feedback, we will be eliminating the weekly maintenance message from our regular communications plan. As always, detailed outage information will still be posted for your convenience in the following places:- ITS Knowledge Base News at kb.uwplatt.edu, which also appears on the
- Help Desk home page at uwplatt.edu/helpdesk
- ITS Help Desk Facebook page (Like us!)
- System landing pages as appropriate (PASS, BI, etc.)
Scheduled outage events appear on the campus Maintenance Calendar, but for outage details, please refer to one of the sources above. For those of you who would still like to receive regular updates, you can subscribe to the ITS Knowledge Base News RSS feed.
Unplanned outages and special updates will be communicated as needed. Weekly maintenance messages will be a thing of the past by end of September.
