ITS Update: PASS down at 4:30 today to resolve unexpected issue

Due to an unexpected hardware issue, ITS must reboot a server at 4:30 p.m. today, which will affect PASS and PASS Express. Both PASS and PASS Express will be down beginning at 4:30 p.m. The outage should last no more than 30 minutes.
