ITS Maintenance Outages: Authenticated services affected November 3; Extended - PASS, BI, Class Availability - November 3

Authentication for many systems will be affected during the scheduled IT maintenance window from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3.
Updates to the Single Sign-on system will result in intermittent outages for authenticated systems on campus. If you have trouble logging into any system during this hour, please wait a few minutes and try again.
NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages. Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.
If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
Extended - PASS, Business Intelligence, and Class Availability down Friday, Nov. 3
PASS will be down for an extended outage beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3 as ITS staff move the database to a new server. This outage is expected to last up to seven hours and will also impact Business Intelligence, Class Availability, and many other systems which integrate with PASS, e.g. Hardin room reservations. Every effort will be made to restore service as quickly as possible. Please plan accordingly.We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.
