11.07.17 - Service should be restored. Microsoft reports that the connectivity issue affecting much of the Midwest and Canada has been resolved. If you do experience a problem logging into OWA, please clear your browser's cache and try again.

Pioneers using Outlook Web App are experiencing issues logging into Office 365 this afternoon, November 6. Logging in enters you into a login loop, bringing back to the login page. This is a Microsoft issue and has been reported.
To avoid the login loop, do the following:
- Click the orange button at right and log in as usual
- Wait for Microsoft to return you to the login page
- Type outlook.office.com into the address bar in your browser window and enter
At this time, customers logged into Office 365 through a mobile device or through Outlook desktop client do not appear to be affected.
