ITS Update - Issues reported with Outlook Web App (OWA) [UPDATED 11.09.17]

[8:45AM] According to Microsoft, Outlook Web App should be working as expected. They reported a recent update caused unexpected issues.
If you continue to experience problems opening messages or creating and sending messages through OWA, please clear your browser's cache.[11.08.17]
The ITS Help Desk has had numerous reports from Pioneers having issues accessing Office 365 through the Outlook Web App (OWA):
- Auto-fill not working/problems with address book
- Cannot send message
- Must double-click to open message in new window; single-click will display only the subject of a message

Occurring in Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Chrome.
To avoid these issues, use Outlook desktop client or a native mobile client, which are not affected.
This is a Microsoft issue. We will post updates when more information becomes available.
