UPDATE 01.05.18 - PASS is back online. ITS staff worked with vendors into the night to resolve the issue. All tests have been successful. If you experience any issues, please contact the ITS Help Desk immediately at helpdesk@uwplatt.edu or 608.342.1400. Business Intelligence and Class Availability are also up; however, Data Warehouse will refresh tonight, January 5. Until then, data in these systems may not be current.
Business Intelligence and Class Availability are also up; however, Data Warehouse will refresh tonight, January 5. Until the data is refreshed, data in the system is not current, and many of the dashboards will return no results.
[ORIGINAL 01.04.18] PASS will be down today, January 4, as ITS staff work with a vendor to resolve an unexpected hardware issue that started on Sunday and manifested in PASS beginning Monday. During this outage, Class Availability will also be unavailable. Many systems may be slow, including but not limited to Business Intelligence, virtual desktops, and Perceptive Content.
NOTE: All integrations with PASS are affected by this outage. While programs such as Business Intelligence may appear to be working, the data has not been updated.
Expectations are to have the issue resolved by end of business today so that everything is up and running for Friday’s business.
We regret this unplanned disruption and appreciate your patience. Every effort is being made to restore services as quickly as possible.
