Network storage and printing are scheduled for maintenance during the regular window from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 2:
- Network Storage - brief intermittent outages affecting the following volumes; to protect data integrity, do not edit files on the network storage during this outage.

- K: - Acad1
- V: - Trees1
- M: - Media1
- T: - Tech1
- Network Printing - multiple brief intermittent outages
If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
Update - Adobe Acrobat Reader XI to be upgraded on February 2 (no outage)
Effective Friday, Feb. 2 after 4:00 p.m. Adobe Acrobat XI will be
upgraded to Adobe Acrobat DC. This upgrade is necessary as Adobe is no
longer supporting version XI.
This upgrade will be pushed automatically and does not require an outage. If you work with PDFs, the ITS Help Desk recommends setting your default PDF reader to Acrobat DC.
