ITS Maintenance Outages: Various down March 9; Extended - D2L - March 8

The following systems will be impacted during the scheduled maintenance window from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 9:

  • Business Intelligence - regular updates
  • PASS - regular updates
  • Wired & wireless connections in ART Building ONLY - includes campus phones; brief outage as system reboots; if you cannot connect, wait a few minutes and try again

NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages.  Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.

If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again.  If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.



Extended: D2L down Thursday, Mar. 8 - per Learn@UW

The maintenance window scheduled for this Thursday, March 8, will be extended by 30-minutes (4:30 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.). This additional time will be used to make a network configuration change as follow-up work is necessary in response to the service issue that occurred on February 28. The rest of the time will be used to perform additional moves to the new storage infrastructure.
