ITS Alert 03.15.18: D2L experiencing content file errors [UPDATE 9:35 AM]

As of 9:25 AM, you should be able to access or upload files in D2L successfully. Learn@UW reports that steps have been taken to mitigate the problem; however, they are still investigating the root cause and a permanent solution to the issue.
If you continue to experience issues uploading, viewing, or downloading files in D2L, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 608.342.1400 or helpdesk@uwplatt.edu.

Learn@UW Utility is currently investigating reports of errors when attempting to upload, view, or download files in D2L's Content tool. PPT, PDF, and HTML files have been confirmed to be affected.UW-Madison DoIT technicians are working on the problem. Updates will be posted on this newsfeed and on UW-Platteville's Desire2Learn landing page as they become available.
