As of 9:25 AM, you should be able to access or upload files in D2L successfully. Learn@UW reports that steps have been taken to mitigate the problem; however, they are still investigating the root cause and a permanent solution to the issue.
If you continue to experience issues uploading, viewing, or downloading files in D2L, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 608.342.1400 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Original messageLearn@UW Utility is currently investigating reports of errors when attempting to upload, view, or download files in D2L's Content tool. PPT, PDF, and HTML files have been confirmed to be affected.
UW-Madison DoIT technicians are working on the problem. Updates will be posted on this newsfeed and on UW-Platteville's Desire2Learn landing page as they become available.
