ITS Maintenance Outages: Website down March 28; BI down March 30; Extended - PASS down March 31

Business Intelligence will be down for regular updates during the scheduled maintenance window from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 30, while PASS will experience an extended outage on Saturday, Mar. 31. In addition, the website will be rebooted at 5:00 p.m. today, March 28, to apply a critical patch.

RE: the weekly maintenance window

NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages.  Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.

If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again.  If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

Mid-week outage: Website/CMS down briefly March 28

ITS staff will be applying a critical patch to Drupal, the content management system used to produce the University website, later today, March 28.  As a result, the website will be down briefly at 5:00 p.m. as the system is rebooted. 

The outage should last less than five minutes. If you should have trouble reaching the website this evening, please wait a few minutes and try again.

Extended outage: PASS down Saturday, Mar. 31

PASS will be down from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 31 for system updates that will improve performance, security, and functionality. During this time, PASS and PASS Express will not be available.
