ITS Maintenance Outages: Perceptive Content down June 22; Cable TV out week of June 25

Perceptive Content will be down during the regular maintenance window beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Jun. 22. During this outage, two-factor authentication will be implemented.

To utilize two-factor authentication, you must enroll with Duo Security.  Instructions are posted in Security - Duo two-factor authentication resources . Additional information can be found in Security - Two-factor Authentication (Duo) FAQ . 

NOTE: Due to the release of vendor updates and patches outside ITS control, any university system may experience brief intermittent outages.  Because these updates may be released any time it is not possible to include them all in this list.

If you are not able to access a system during the maintenance hour, please wait a couple of minutes and try again.  If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

Cable TV upgrade coming; outage planned week of June 25

To facilitate an upgrade to new cable TV service, Executive-Broadband Communications will be on campus the next week, June 25-29, to begin the installation.  Service will be disrupted throughout the week as the old system is dismantled and the new one is installed.  This disruption will not affect Rountree Commons or the Pioneer Haus.

Reminder: Two-factor authentication initiative continues through summer

Two-factor authentication will be implemented in PASS (instructor role only) at a special time on Monday, Jul. 23. Business Intelligence v12c will get two-factor later this summer, date to be determined.
