After logging in on a phone or tablet, the main page may result in what looks like missing tiles.
Some of the tiles appear may be missing on the phone but not on the computer. This is by design, the pages that those tiles take a user to are not mobile/phone/tablet friendly and do not work or work well on a phone or tablet.
Only tiles that take a user to a page that was designed to work on a tablet or phone will appear. There are few exceptions: Navigation collections, 3rd party websites/systems, or custom made tiles by the PASS development team.
Request can be made to create custom tiles to appear on phones/tablets via the Help Desk.
