How to change browser settings when having issues making payments
Troubleshooting Applicant and Student Payment Issues
Follow the below directions on how to change your browser settings in Chrome, Edge, or Safari to successfully make a payment. If using an Apple product, be sure to change the settings in Safari regardless of what browser you may be using.
1. Open your chrome browser, type "chrome://flags" in the URL, and follow instructions in screenshots below.
2. Be sure to click Relaunch or the change will not be in effect. Open a new tab and visit go.uwplatt.edu/pass.
Important: Log out of PASS and log back in if already logged in or the changes will not be in effect.
3. Sign in and complete all the steps in the payment process.
4. Change your settings back to ‘Default’ and relaunch Chrome.
