Dashboard - My URL Shortener: Manage Form Listing

To add a Form Listing in the Pioneer Portal Form Search

1. Go to https://dashboard.uwplatt.edu/admin/my-shortener
2. Login using your NETID and password
3. Click Eidt for the link you want to add to the Pioneer Portal
4. Check Is a Form?
   
5. Enter the form title and indicate it login is required to get the the form
6. Click Save

Delete an Form Listing

1. Click Eidt for the link you want to add to the Pioneer Portal
2. Uncheck Is a Form?
   
3. Click Save
