Security - Duo Phone Activation (New Phone with New Number)
If you are planning on replacing your phone and would like to ensure a smooth transition from old to new, you can take advantage of Duo Mobile Instant Restore. This option is available for both iOS and Android.
Note: For Android devices, you will need to have your old device and new device to use this service!

If you have already replaced your phone and have not backed up your Duo accounts and do not have access to your old number, you will need to contact the ITS Help Desk during regular business hours for assistance.
If you are replacing an iOS device with Android, or Android with iOS, as long as the number is the same you can follow the recovery instructions in Security - Duo Phone Re-Activation (New Phone with Same Number). If the number is different and phone operating system is different, you will need to contact the ITS Help Desk during regular business hours.
