UW Platteville Wireless Networks
An overview of the available services on UWPlatt v.s. UWGuest networks as well as how to connect.
Connecting to UWPlatt will require your UW-Platteville NetID and may require accepting a security certificate. For more information, see these tutorials:

UWGuest Wi-Fi - No account required
With the UWGuest network, visitors can connect without a password. For each acceptance of the terms and conditions of the UWGuest wireless network, a device is allowed 12 hours of public wireless internet access. Note that UWGuest is limited in speed and the types of protocols available.
Eduroam - Connect securely with other member schools around the world using your UW-Platteville email address and password. Eduroam is also available on the Platteville campus. UW-Platteville account holders who connect via Eduroam will have the same experience as those using UWPlatt.
