Wireless - Connect to UWPlatt wireless on Android

How to connect an Android device to the UWPlatt wireless network.

  1. Open Settings, make sure Wi-Fi is "ON" and tap "Wi-Fi"



  2. A list of the available wireless networks should appear.  Tap on "UWPlatt" to begin connecting.



  3. Since UWPlatt is a secured wireless network, you will need to enter credentials in order to connect. NOTE: You may need to scroll down to enter your password.

    Identity: UW-Platteville NetID
    Anonymous identity: LEAVE BLANK
    Password: UW-Platteville password

    Once credentials are entered, tap "Connect".  It should now show "Connecting" under the UWPlatt network.



  4. When it has finished connecting to UWPlatt, it should show "Connected" under the UWPlatt network.
