Instructions for pinning application icons to your navigation (nav) bar for easy access in Outlook Web App.
1. Choose the app launcher (nine dots) at the top left corner of the page.
2. Hover over the selected application; click the three dots that appear in the upper corner.
3. Select Pin to nav bar; the icon will appear on the nav bar in the upper right.
4. To unpin an app from the nav bar, right click on the icon and select Unpin from nav bar.
Only icons will display; it is not possible at this time to display labels (i.e. Outlook, Calendar, etc.).
You may follow a similar process for removing app tiles from the App Launcher. To restore removed tiles to the App Launcher, open the App Launcher and go to My Apps.
