Office 365 - Outlook 2013 - Setting default paragraph settings

How to configure default paragraph settings

  1. Open Outlook desktop client

  2. Click New Email

  3. Click into the message pane.

  4. Select the Format Text tab, then click the icon in the corner of Paragraph section

  5. Configure you paragraph settings.

  6. Click Set As Default.

  7. Select All documents based on the NormalEmail template? then click OK.
