Office 365 - Accessing a shared document in OneDrive

Instructions for accessing a document shared with you by another in OneDrive, the storage app in Office 365

1. Sign into Office 365
2. Click the App Launcher button

3. Click OneDrive

4. Click Shared with me

5. Find the file you'd like to open and click the filename

6.  Select Open in Desktop App to edit the document on your desktop. Or choose to stay in the browser which does not have as much functionally, but allows others to work on the file at the same time as you).
