Unified Communications - Configuring Single Number Reach

Configure your mobile device for single number reach

1.  Open a web browser and go to the Unified Communication Self-Service page (www.uwplatt.edu/go/uc).
Press the orange "Manage Your Phone(s)" button on the right.

2.  Sign-in to the Cisco Unified Communications Portal using your NetID and password.

3.  Locate your mobile device, Press the settings button (gear), and select "Edit Single Number Reach" from the menu.

4.  Enter the Phone number of you mobile device and a description.  Please include your NetID as the first part of the description.
Press Save when complete
