Unified Communications - Transferring to Voicemail

A guide for transferring a call directly to voice mail.

To transfer a call directly to a campus voicemail

  1. While on the call, press Transfer. The caller will be put on hold.
  2. Enter #8[extension]
  3. Press Transfer again. The caller will be taken directly to voicemail.
