Unified Communications - Message Aging
The Unified Communications System applies aging rules to voicemail messages that will affect your voicemail.
Each voice-mailbox is configured to store 15MB or approximately 15 minutes of recorded messages.
New messages count toward your 15MB quota. However, new messages that have not been listened to are not subject to aging.
Messages that have been listed to and are marked "saved" will automatically be marked deleted after 60 days. These messages count toward your 15MB quota. Seven (7) days before a message is scheduled to age to be deleted, you will receive an e-mail with the following information:
Subject: Your message from %SENDER% will be moved to the Deleted Items folder in %DAYSUNTIL% day(s).Messages that are marked as "deleted" will be retained for two (2) days. These messages will count against your 15MB quota until the system has permanently deleted them.
Body: Your message from %SENDER%, which was received on %MODIFICATIONTIME%, will be moved to the Deleted Items folder in %DAYSUNTIL% day(s).
NOTE: Once a message has been permanently deleted it cannot be recovered.
