Unified Communications - Managing Voicemail using the Web Inbox

The Unified Communications environment provides a web-based utility to manage voice-mail messages called the Web Inbox.

Opening the Web Inbox

  1. Go to the Personal Communications Assistant at NOTE: The Personal Communications Assistant is only accessible from a campus workstation or a university device configured for VPN.
  2. Login to the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant using your NetID and Password
  3. Select Web Inbox from the Application list

New and saved messages are located in the Inbox, while deleted messages are stored in the Deleted folder.

You can reply to, forward, and delete messages in the Web Inbox by selecting the message.

To permanently remove messages from the Deleted folder press the Empty deleted items button in the upper right corner.
