Unified Communications - Emptying a full mailbox
Once your voicemail is full it may take a few days before your voicemail will naturally recover and allow people to leave messages. This document will help you free up space immediately allowing people to once again leave messages.
First, it is important to understand how the Unified Communications system handles new, saved, and deleted messages. See Unified Communications - Message Aging
- Delete any saved messages you no longer need.
