PASS - Changing or Adding Phone Numbers (9.2)

Instructions on how to change or add phone numbers on PASS.

1. Log into PASS.


As of May 1st, students will be logged into PASS CX Campus Experience Dashboard.  To see a KB document for this topic in PASS CX, please go to [Link for document 101660 is unavailable at this time.] 

Until the end of Summer 2020, the PASS Homepage will still be available.  To reach your student homepage, click Full Site at the bottom of the PASS CX Left Navigation menu.

2. On the PASS Student Homepage, select Profile.

4. Under Phone, click the + sign to add a new phone type.

5. For a new phone number, select a phone type and enter your current Telephone number.  No special formatting is needed.  Save.

6. To Edit a current number, click on that number.  Make your changes in the pop-up window.  No special formatting is needed.  Save.

7. Your phone number may also be edited in Classic Student Center.  From the PASS Student Homepage, select the Student Center tile.

8. From Student Center, click the Cell link within Contact Information.

9. On the Phone Numbers page, either click Add a New Phone Number or Edit an existing.  Save.
